(1) To send you information about the tax benefit calculator of ANBIgift.nl via email.

What does this purpose entail?
On the Website you can request a free and personalized tax benefit calculator for your Dutch charity (ANBI). If you provide your personal data in the appropriate form, we will use this personal data to get in contact with you.

Which personal data do we process for this purpose?
For this purpose we process your name, your email address and the name of your ANBI.

For what period do we retain your personal data?
We retain your personal data for as long as you wish to receive information about ANBIgift.nl. Should you not be interested in such information, you are free to unsubscribe from receiving any emails from ANBIgift.nl at any time by contacting us on the email address mentioned on the "About" page.

What does this purpose entail?
You can get in contact with us via email. We will then use your personal data to respond and answer your question.

Which personal data do we process for this purpose?
For this purpose we process your name, contact information, your correspondence with the Owner concerning your question and all other personal data necessary to answer your question you provide to us.

For what period do we retain your personal data?
Your personal data will be removed from our systems after four weeks, excluding a log-file containing your name, contact information, the date on which you contacted us and the subject of your question.

(3) For the technical and functional management of the Website.

What does this purpose entail?
When you visit the Website, aggregated statistical information will be processed to analyze your use of the Website. This allows the Owner to see how Users use the Website. Cookies are used for this purpose. See question 5 (What cookies are used?).

Which personal data do we process for this purpose?
For this purpose we process technical data such as the IP-address of your computer, the visited webpages on the Website, the internet browser you use and the duration of your stay on the Website.

For what period do we retain your personal data?
We retain this technical data indefinitely for this purpose.

4. Who has access to your data?

The Owner uses third parties for certain activities, such as the hosting of the Website. Insofar as these third parties have access to personal data upon exercising these activities, the Owner has taken the required organizational and contractual measures to ensure that your personal data is exclusively processed for the purposes mentioned above. Your personal data will be provided to supervisory agencies, tax authorities and investigative agencies, only if the Owner is required to do so by law.

5. What cookies are used?

The Website uses Google Analytics' cookies. Google Analytics is a web analysis service offered by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google uses aggregated statistical information to provide the Owner information how the Users use the Website. The Owner has entered into a data processing agreement with Google for this purpose. The information collected by Google regarding your use of the Website is passed on to and saved by Google on servers located in the United States. The Owner has chosen to hide the last three numbers of your IP-address for purposes of protecting your privacy.
Google will only use this information to allow the Owner to evaluate the use of the Website, draft reports of the activity on the Website and to offer technical guidance. The Owner has disabled the option that Google may use this information for its own purposes, nor is Google allowed to send this information to third parties, unless Google is obligated by law to do so. Your personal data is treated strictly confidential and the Owner has taken the appropriate technical and organizational security measures against loss or unlawful processing of this data. For this purpose, the Owner uses several security techniques including secure servers, firewalls and encryption, as well as physical safeguard of the locations where data is stored.

You can request access of the data that the Owner processes about you at any time, and have this data corrected or removed by contacting us on the email address mentioned on the "About" page.
