ANBIgift.nl (the "Website") and its contents are property of and managed by ykswolednaS tsnrE (the "Owner").

Applicability

These terms of use (the "Terms of Use") apply to your visit to and your use of the Website, as well as to all information recommendations and services provided to you on or through the Website (the "Information").

By accessing and using the Website, you agree to the applicability of the Terms of Use. The Owner notes that the Terms of Use may be changed over time. Users of the Website are advised to regularly read the Terms of Use for possible changes.

Severability

If the Terms of Use are or become partially void, the parties will continue to be bound by the remainder. The parties shall replace the void part of the Terms of Use by provisions that are valid, have legeal effect and correspond with those of the void part as much as possible, taking into account the content and the purpose of void part of the Terms of Use.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The Terms of Use are exclusively governed by Dutch law. All disputes arising in connection with the Terms of Use, including disputes concerning the existence and validity thereof, shall be resolved by the competent courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
